Rehabilitation With a Human Perspective
Helping people regain function, confidence and independence through practical, personalized care.
Established in British Columbia
For over 16 years, Patriot Rehab has been dedicated to bridging clinical therapy with genuine community integration throughout Vancouver, the North Shore, and the Fraser Valley.
Our Story
Patriot Rehab Ltd was established in 2008 with a vision of providing high-quality, community-based rehabilitation services.
Our guiding philosophy is simple yet foundational: recovery should connect directly with real life — including the home, the workplace, and the broader community. Healing does not happen in isolation on an exam table; it happens when individuals reclaim their daily routines, rebuild strength, and navigate their environments with confidence.
